just wondered if anyone here has tryed this, have a friend who is saying so far since last fri shes already lost like 2 pounds and she feeling great now as were before she didn't.

    The reality is ANY program works if one applies their strategy. NO PROGRAM works without calorie deficit.
    The difference is that eating at a calorie deficit is expense free.
    The other issue is that many can do a "program" but don't do well once they are off it. 90% of all diet attempts fail once diet is over.
    The key really is to just reduce total intake. Nutrient dense food (usually whole foods) usually are lower in calories than a processed packaged item. That's not to say that you can't eat processed foods, but be aware of the amount of calories you utilize from them so that you still stay in deficit to lose weight.
