Does anyone want to join me to help get incredibly motivated for October?

Tell me where you are up to? Is this month a big one for you as well?

I've just got through the first 3 weeks (lost 1kg or 2.2lbs) which I have found mentally tough but I did well in decreasing food, decreasing alcohol and increasing exercise. Here's my goals to keep me motivated in October - please tell me yours. I will post my real improvements here and want to know yours as well.

My Goals this month
- Lose 2 kgs (5lbs)
- Exercise 4 to 5 times a week including running
- Keep up the improved feeling of higher energy
- Run 5kms in a Fun Run I've signed up for last weekend in October
- Feel ready mentally and physically and fit into at least one of my "fat" dresses for 3 big events I am attending in early November

So yes I am down that I am back at a weight that I swore I would never get to! That's why I need you to help me be realistic and I can help you focus on your goals. Join in.
