Wildly underestimated

I mis-read the serving size on some dark chocolate raisins and went to town on them, just realized I ate 500 cal and now I only have 120 calories left for dinner lol!!

Anyone been in this position before? Looks like a big ol salad night

    I've done it many times. I usually go a bit over that day and have something satisfying. Trying to have a very low calorie dinner to stay within my calories ends up causing more hunger the next day.

    I eat a packet of monkey nuts only to find they were 1000 calories i just went a bit over that day one day is not such a bad thing .
    We have all done it :)

    If you stay on track the rest of t h e week you'll be just fine!

    Just have a healthy dinner and chalk it up to experience. You'll know better next time.
