I'm trying to lose 15 lbs, mostly the belly and back fat. Everything else I am happy with. I already workout 4x/week doing 1/2 hr weight training and 1/2 hr cardio. Must be my age and being female. This buddha belly is NOT going away!!! I've hired a trainer, starting next week, 2x / week. And I will continue to workout 2x/week on my own. My downfall is food! I love it
