TDEE Exercise Setting Question. Help Please.

I'm switching from MFP NEAT to Scooby TDEE at a 10% deficit to drop the last 20 pounds and to have a fixed daily calorie goal regardless of exercise. I run/walk/sprint 7-8 miles every morning and perform SL5x5 three times a week consistently. According to Apple Watch, that's about a 500 burn per day. Does "Moderate Activity 3-5x per week" seem like the right exercise setting? It puts me at about 1900 kcal per day (I'm 5-7"/150 lbs and 51yo). I realize there will be some trial and error involved and I'm not concerned about that, but want to start with the most accurate assumptions. Formerly on NEAT I was at 1400 per day target and was adding in 500 for exercise- so it seems like the two are pretty consistent. Any suggestions?

It does sound moderately active to me. You can always try it out for a few weeks and adjust if need be1
