I've begun this personal challenge by refusing to live another day overweight

I began to prep my meals, exercise 2x a week, cut out alcohol and junk food. My staples during the day involve raw vegetables, fruits and salad. I measure almost everything. 4 oz of meat and plenty of water.

Tomorrow I start to eat the same food for every meal this month. I will see if it makes a difference. I gotta get off the sweets! Cookies and cakes lately

Coffee w/ 1 tsp milk
Apple
Salad w/ chicken 2 tsp balsamic dressing
Salmon with veggies
Fat free Popsicle
