Nine lbs to go - any advice for me MFPers?

I have just under 10 lbs to go. I have read many, many posts these last few months about how difficult and discouraging it can be to lose those last ten. I don't want to get derailed now. Can anyone give me some guidance on what they experienced and how they managed to get through this phase? Much appreciated....

You need to get accurate with your intake and have patience. Do you use a food scale and pick the right items from the database? The last 10 pounds are not as hard as you think.0

Yes I use a food scale and yes I pick the right items - very mindful of both of these. I will be patient...thank you both for the words of encouragement.0 -
Put simply, bring the intensity in your workouts and develop consistency in your nutrition. The really successful people just simply keep working at it. You can do it, it just takes time and consistency.2

Terbusha: "intensity in my workouts". What do you mean by that? Do I run further? Run faster? Lift heavier weights? I'm not sure I want to make my yoga practice "more intense." Can you clarify for me if you don't mind?0 -
