Help me

I understand i cant spot reduce when it comes to losing weight. I promise i know that.

That being said i would really like some ideas on working on my stomach, thighs, and arms.

Again i know i cant choose where the fat comes from.

My goal in this is to work on making those areas stronger so as i do lose weight they are already looking better. Ive been told that the stronger your core is the easier it is to workout/tone.

I really have no clue how to go about this and i would be grateful for any help. I do have a "before" pic if that is needed? Please if you can help me with exercises i need to do and which areas they are good for.

    If you want to build strength, look at the Starting Strength and Stronglifts programs. They're both barbell programs designed for people who are new to strength-building and rock-solid for building a lot of strength very quickly.

    What are you prepared/willing to do? Do you want to get under a barbell? Or do body weight routines? Dumbells? What sort of equipment to you have available to use?

    I have a gym memebership so i can use the stuff there. The free weights are hard to get to because its always full of military guys (nothing wrong with them they just spread out and rotate so others have to wait until they are finished)

    The ypga room has hand weights but if theres not a class going on its usally used for people to warm up and cool down so theres not much room in there. The machines are usally the only things i can get to because because theres so many.
