Another Greek Dish (lot of food, few calories, tasty)

This is another easy Greek dinner that is extremely filling, low on sodium, low in calories, and high on protein.
Take two pieces of Tilapia Boneless Filets and place them on a piece of tinfoil. Drizzle a SMALL amount (were not trying to fry the fish) of EVOO onto the fish with some Mrs. Dash all purpose seasoning LOW SODIUM. Pour the juice of one half of a lemon onto the fish and cover with another piece of tinfoil. Let cook in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
For the Zucinni (or any vegetable you would rather have, squash is a good replacement) Cut up 1 medium Zucinni and place in a pan again with a little EVOO. Just enough to get it cooking. Let cook, stirring from time to time for about 20 minutes over medium heat or until a fork can slide right through with ease.
