Totally not fair!

I calculated my husband's and my TDEEs and the number of calories we need to eat to lose some weight. His TDEE to lose and my TDEE to maintain are the SAME!!! I totally get why this is, but it still isn't fair at all.

    My bf can eat 2100 calories and lose 1.5lbs a week, I'm at 1450 for 1lb

    yes, peeing anywhere and higher daily calorie allowance are the two great benefits. lol

    I forgot about the peeing anywhere. That is especially not fair now that I have had three kids and drink 100+ oz of water a day. I pee all the time!
  • Men have more muscle than women so they're allowed more calories. Plus they usually lose it a lot faster than us women do. (I am so jealous).

    Not to make matters worse, but he probably also burns substantially more calories doing exactly the same amount of exercise as you.
