My 100 days to lifelong lifestyle change

Hello!
I've been fortunate to have never been terribly out of shape. I inherited good genes that way. But that doesn't mean I've always been completely healthy let alone anywhere near peak fitness. I have placed myself on self-paced and self-monitored fitness plans in the past while ignoring diet and have gotten modest results. Last month I decided to do this in a way that would also address diet and permanent lifestyle change and signed on with a top-tier personal trainer. I added up the days remaining to the Christmas-New Year holiday season and allotted an initial 100 day window taking me to December 23. Starting at 6' 200 lbs 23% body fat with a lean body mass of 159 pounds my goal is to drop 20 lbs of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle which will bring me to about 190 lbs and 12% body fat. I've learned that proper diet is crucial and I have been eating clean from the start. Already I've felt positive changes in overall energy and mood.
