My name is Sherri. Right now I'm at 150 and I'd like to stay there. My weight fluctuates like a yo-yo and I'm just trying to figure out how I could stay at 150 when I have such a physical job! It's nothing to take 10,000 steps per night where I work. I've lost 10 pounds since I started working there, which was great, but I wanna pull the reigns now because I don't wanna lose anymore. I'm 5'1 and 150 is perfect for me. Any suggestions?

    Well, set your Goals here to "Maintain Weight," and keep track of what you eat here on this site. Weigh yourself either daily or once a week. Adjust as needed.
