Tracking exercise using exercise bands...

How do I track exercise in the diary section using different exercise bands without the weight option? I recently had surgery and I have to use no weights on my left foot for a few more weeks. I track my food but I don't know how to track my exercises, I use various bands and a thigh trimmer (use for different body parts; arms, shoulders, hips, thighs, etc). It looks like an O-ring, I also like to know how to track using an O-ring too.
