Hello. I am excited and nervous at the same time. why? Because I am like a yo yo lols. So I am really trying. This year. I will need all the help I can get. Wish me luck.

    If you want to stop yoyoing, you have to stop trying, and start doing. You don't have to rely on luck, or be frightened, if you know what you are doing, and just do what you have to do. Set up MFP to lose 1% of your body weight per week. Log correctly and hit that calorie goal every day. That is how you lose weight.
