So I just started counting calories 3 days ago. My new caloric intake is 1300 from what used to be maybe 2500 or 3000. I've been doing a great job so far but now I'm walking past a table full of cheeseburgers and I want one sooooooo bad lol. How do you resist temptation?

Your calorie decrease is too dramatic. If you normally eat 2500, why not cut it by 500 and you could eat the cheeseburger, no fries and a diet coke. A severe deficit is hard to maintain.

Where are you walking by a table of cheeseburgers??! LOL

I simply don't allow myself easy access to food that would not be a good choice. Don't bring it into your house, always have a healthy snack on hand and plan plan plan PLAN! what your meals are going to be for that day and even have them prepped.

Kmsl, believe it or not my stepmom always buys like 20 cheeseburgers for dinner (large family) and of course we only eat one so there's like 15 of them on the table. Thanks for the advice!

Yes, it will get me results and I'm trying to be positive but I feel as if I'll give in at any moment.

He who eats the most and still loses is the winner. There is no fast way to lose weight, just sustainable weight loss. You did not put your weight on overnight and it is not coming off overnight either.
