Have been in bed recovering from back and nerve procedures. Have gained weight as a result. Need recipes for smoothies that contain iron and/or b12 that aren't terrible. Have never made them. Thanks so much!!

A good spot to look for smoothie combinations wellvegan.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/13-11-Smoothie-Card_r02-1.png0

A normal smoothie for me is banana, raspberries, mango and strawberries with coconut milk or water. I also add hemp hearts as a protein boost, and they're high in iron, but some people don't like the flavour. It makes things taste mildly grassy.0

Foods high in Vitamin B12 include fortified soy products (tofu, soymilk).
Make a smoothie with soy milk or silken tofu, a handful of a lettuce like Romaine or some kale, your favorite cereal, and some frozen berries or a small apple, and some cocoa powder, Add water if you need more liquid.0 -
I can't help in suggesting foods high in iron or B12 but to help your smoothie feel creamy without any dairy, you can put in pieces of frozen banana to your mix and then blend.0
