Hi everyone! I'm new at this and it's not just part of what I want to do but part of a school project as well! Got some to get rid of ( they say the word "lost" indicates it can be found again....sooooo don't want it back!) . I am also looking to find out how to set this so it can track vitamin intake and minerals....part of school project! Can anyone help me with that piece?? Thanks !

Most of your basic vitamins and minerals are preset. If you click on the nutrition tab, on the bottom it will tell you the recommended levels and how you are doing. You can add vitamins if needed by going to settings. Most of the main ones are preloaded.0
