Would you mind making your diary public? We can offer much more helpful advice if we can see what you're eating.0

I know there are a lot of "macro" trackers on this site but honestly the only thing I worry about are calories (maybe sodium but that is because I retain water like crazy). Maybe eventually I will worry about the other numbers but for now all I can handle is straight up calorie counting.0

Calm down. Just track your calories...the other stuff isn't as important, as long as you're getting a good variety of stuff. And bland...is for babies. Spice up your food! wait...I bet you're trying to stay at 1200 calories too.....don't do that! I lost all this weight eating over 1600. Plus exercise calories. And eating wonderful food. Stop torturing yourself.0

Yeah, are we talking all your numbers, or mainly calories in the green/red?0

Yes. You sound like you're barely hanging on. Settle down and leave the macros alone for now. Eat from all the food groups. Fresh over processed when you can. Look a people's food diaries for ideas. Check out websites like Cooking Light. Lots of tasty, healthy stuff is out there. It doesn't have to be a salad.0 -
I only really watch calories and fiber (per doctors orders)
You know you don't need to have EVERY number in the green, right?
Also look at weekly totals... sometimes that helps put numbers into perspective (high some days, low the some days, it balances.)0 -
I would say just try to keep within your calories. Worrying about all the other numbers will just add stress in my opinion. I spent a lot more time thinking about all of the stats and numbers when I first began and it was driving me crazy.0

Feel free to check my diary. I eat 1300 calories ( no one please tell me that is not enough, because I know that at age 65 and a height of 5 feet it is ) and eat a wide variety of interesting and flavorful foods. I live in Mexico and eat a lot of full meal mexican stuff as well as other ethnic meals. I eat salad because I like it, but no more than twice a week. You can also. There is no reason to eat bland and boring food unless you chose to do so. Good Luck !0

Thank you to everyone for all the replys. I will take a breather and calm down. I will try to to worry so much about all my numbers being green.. I will set my diary to public if I can figure out how so you all can better assist me.0
