Hello people,
I am kznk,5'0" tall and I am 26 years old. I am obese with 157.18 lbs which is kinda huge according to my height. And may be because of my weight I got Blood Pressure at this age. Or may be from genetic as my mom is a BP patients. I love to eat junk food, snaks, chips, coke. I know all these are not good for health. So I am dealing with both BP and obese life.

So I start working on my weight. I start walking 5km every morning. 20min of dance workout. And I am taking care of my diet too. Tho I couldn't quit my dinner.I almost quit coke, junk food. And I am checking my BP now and then.

Give me some tips to reduce my weight quite fast. I want somebody to talk or discuss about my issue and one who guide me. So plz help me and follow me.

Your guide are always appreciate.
Thank you.

Sounds like you're doing great... You're taking the right steps to getting healthy. You ask for tips to lose weight fast, but remember - you didn't put the weight on overnight, so you're not going to be able to take it off over night. Use the time it takes to drop the weight to learn how to have a healthy, fulfilling diet. :flowerforyou:

I want to second the advice to move your mindset away from losing weight fast, and towards losing weight and keeping it off for the rest of your life.

It sounds like you are on the right track. also agree with others here, dont worry about losing it fast because it does take time. Best advice i can give is to keep up what you are doing and if you havent already, put all your info here on mfp and eat within the calories it tells you. Good luck :)

I'm short like you so i get it. listen to the others. if you lose it slower you will most likely keep it off better, your skin will have time to catch up with the loss, and it will become more of a life style change instead of a quick fix that you put right back on and then some. You can do this!!!

Hi, I am new to this forum but not to weight loss. I was 5'-9" and 300 lbs this time around. I say this time as I have had to loss lots of weight 3 times as an adault. The first time I was in my 20s and lost 60 lbs by exercise, jogging 5 miles a day after work as well as watching what I ate. That wad not that bad. In my earily 40s I had to drop 80 lbs due to sitting behind a desk all day. Atkins and hiking worked then, I was healthy enough to do that diet then. Now I am 54 and it is much harder, plus I was 145 lbs over weight. It took diabeties, high blood pressure, and heart issues to get me going this time. Please DON'T do what I did, I got lucky (I am not dead) do take your time this time around instead of looseing it in one summer I have been on this life change for two years and am down 80 lbs and getting slimmer. For me it was how I ate more than what I ate. My diet was ok but needed a bit of change. My doctor gave me some advice to get started. I saguest that you start with a good heart to heart conversation with your doctor. He/She should have a good idea on what you need to do as well what not to do. Ask about what exercise you can do without harming your joints and internal parts. The comment about looseing weight slow so your skin can srink at a slow rate is a must for younger people. Strech marks last for life, avoid them by taken your time. Plus lots of water !!! cannot stress that enough. At 54 I am taken for a much younger guy all the time, thx to H2o. Well I said all that I can or should at this point. I wish you well, if I can do this you can too. Take care, the old guy :-)
