Transitioning to Macros Counting

Hi! I am currently in my 3rd round of Whole30 (but I'm doing 50) and I wanted to research other diet options that aren't so limited. I have had great success with W30, however I feel so limited sometimes. I did some research on Macros Counting tonight and was wondering what others' successes and downfalls were with this approach. I won't be able to start until my W50 is over at the end of October, but I am preparing myself with as much information as possible. Any tips would be helpful as well! Thanks!

Macro counting is calorie counting while aiming for a certain balance of macronutrients. The balance can vary depending upon your goals and preferred way of eating.
I use the MFP default macros (50%C-20%P-30%F) and that's worked well for me.1
