Go under Settings-->Update Diet/Fitness Profile, change your starting weight if you need to, and it will give you a new total. Even if your weight hasn't changed, your calories probably will since you're five years older.2 -
go to somewhere like tdeecalculator.net and work it out. choose sedentary even if you're not. It also gives you options of macros breakdowns. HOWEVER it will give you a 500 calorie deficit as a default when you choose "cutting", which may be a bit too much to start off on. Find your TDEE, reduce by a couple of hundred calories and choose macros breakdown you like and take it from there.
