Saying "oh, I've already ruined my good eating today. I'll just eat crap" is like saying "Oh, I dropped my phone on the floor. I'll just smash it til it breaks."

Lol. Great analogy. I am one of those people...throw away the whole day (which more often than not turns into a whole week) because I didn't eat/workout "perfectly". What I am learning is, nothing is ever going to be perfect. Which is great because that's the only way I can the the lessons about me and how I act/react in certain situations/environments. Thanks for the reminder.
