Getting started and in need of advice

I'm 19 years old and 134 pounds currently. I'm 5'2" and I would like to get down to 125 again. I work full time as a bank teller so I sit all day. And I work every other Saturday. I have chronic knee pain so some exercises are hard for me, I need some guidance and I need friends to help motivate me so please add!
