options for water

I know water is a huge part in being healthy. I never drink water, I know thats going to change. My question is what are some good options other then water? I know nothing is as good as water. But I just need some options until I get to where I love water and get rid of soda.

Any liquids. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Stay hydrated, drink what you like. If it has calories log them of course. Flavored waters, tea, coffee, juice, milk, soda, whatever....6

Make sure it's ice cold first, nothing quenches your thirst quite like it. Or to add some flavour infuse with fresj fruit. Lemon/orange is nice1

I'd start with diet soda. Then dilute diet soda with some water. Then gradually increase the amount of water in the diluted mix.1 -
If you need to mix it up have some seltzer water or club soda and add a splash of juice for flavor.1

I like carbonated flavored waters. Lots of different flavors and they are delicious. I also drink unsweetened iced green tea (zero calories) with sweet and low. Yummy.1

Try sparkling water. A squeeze of lemon or lime juice in it is nice. Water really is fantastic, I hope you get used to it. Good job cutting out soda!!1
