I have had no surgery or used a magic weight loss pill. All I've done is worked out everyday and eat clean. It's very hard work but when you want it bad enough - you can do it

I like to motivate people and help them stay on the right path as I know how hard it can be. It's really hard but it's always mind over matter.

I've been on a weight loss/fitness journey for 5 years now and I enjoy what I do. I love working out and all that sweating
