Setting a goal and getting my crap together.

My name is Ash, and I've ballooned over the past few years after going off of my meds because I decided I could not afford it without health insurance (which, obviously my health should have come first, blah blah blah). Now I'm back on my meds (PCOS is a pain) and looking to get my crap together and start caring again, like I should have. Thinking of all the time I lost is depressing in itself, but I'm determined to make up for it now.

So, short term goal. I have tickets to a concert next year, in April, and I'd say losing 40lbs by then is a realistic goal. Now, I don't want to end there and it isn't just for the concert but it gives me a starting place and something realistic to work towards.

I work sort of messed up hours, so I'm still finding a balance and trying to figure out how to calm my appetite the hell down as well as my horrible impulses. Anyone who'd be willing to help me out with that and help keep me motivated would be a godsend, because I don't have any support around me. That is a very long story that I'm no gonna get into right now.

Long term goals... I wanna be Wonderwoman. Just saying. (;
