Pumpkin Spice Protein Popsicles

These are super yummy with 9g of protein each.

3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
6 oz. fat free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into six popsicle molds and freeze four hours or until firm.
