    I ran 1:33:34 this year, and pulled 395x5 last week, so they are within reach, I just need to balance the training for them. Hopefully I will pull 405x5 this Sunday.

    I really want to be able to do a handstand. I was a fat kid so I never could do it, and that wish never died down.

    I'm currently looking for 2017 events ... it's the year I turn 50, and I would like to celebrate by doing something relatively big. :)
