    If you're on the track of losing weight, all you need is determination. You should follow your workout routine so that you can achieve your goal ASAP.

    Well, you're disabled. Start by only eating about 1200 -1500 cals A day. I belive if you're higher weight, and eat a LOT OF cals a day, the new change in cals. Will help ya out a but before you start actually working out and whatnot.
