I got started on Oct 1st. I thought I was going to die, my chest was burning, I was out of breath. But guess what I made it through and did it again the next day. Yaaayy

    Every day is a new day, the only bad workout you can have is the one you didn't do! Congrats on getting two days back to back!

    It takes several days to instill something as a habit, keep with it, and in time you will be uncomfortable not keeping track and working out!
