October Goals!

Hey everyone! I wanted to be accountable and write down my October goals. I'm also thinking of posting back weekly weigh ins (I do mine first thing Sunday morning). Anyone else in?!

Here's my goals:
1) Hit all my exercise goals (at least 5x at the gym) which is two cardio and three weight lifting days
2) Log and weigh my food everyday
3) Plan out my 1x weekly treat meals and enjoy them :)
4) Drink at least 2 Liters water everyday
5) Hit at least 10,000 steps every day
6) My last personal goal is to do a "dry" October until Halloween - just for health and to cut back on excess calories!

My goal is to lose 5 pounds this month. Happy October everyone!

    Just starting back on MFP. My goals for October
    1. Log everyday
    2. Do some sort of exercise everyday.
    3. - 4 lbs for the month.

    to keep doing what I've been doing well now for 62 days..

    1. keep with my exercising every day
    2. keep with eating nutritious food and making it taste delicious


    my anniversary is this month...and I just hope at my dinner my photo looks good!
