How many of you would like something like this queue.social/NMsF6ru.
I am honestly wondering about getting some kind of workout equipment to help get some exercise in and really help boost the metabolism and really get the weight off... not an easy thing to do when you have packed it on for years and have to change.

You will use it for a month max then it will sit in the closet collecting dust. I have never had luck with home workout equipment. There are too many distractions at home.0

I would just start with body weight, when that gets too easy, start buying small weights and slowly buy the next size up. Then you don't spend a ton of money at once. This fancy bar seems to be a bit much and you will only get a few different exercises from it, instead of having fully body benefits.1
