Does it matter??

Hey guys
I am not new to MFP nor the healthy lifestyle however lost train of thought for awhile due to several reasons ( no excuse it is what it is!) Working out is an issue due to time restraints but if I do not work out I tend to not be as careful about what I eat. the two definitely go hand in hand for me. I want to get back down a size and maybe even a size lower than that so I have decided no more BS..game on but...I need a plan
I know what to eat and not eat, I know basic exercise stuff however curious if I have a set of exercises that were designed to be done all together at once in one workout session...does it matter if they are done that way as long as they are done? For example - if I can fit in 10 minutes here and there of each set but the 30 - 60 min workout is actually stretched out over the day will this still make an impact, are they as effective? ( cardio & strength )
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

It depends on your goal(s)...if weight loss is the only one, then it will be fine to do cardio/strength training throughout the day split up.
If you have other goals that are based off of cardio or strength, then you will have to elaborate on those goals are specifically.1 -
just lose weight for now later on...will be toning. Thank you very much for you reply0
