After being over 300 lbs and now almost close to 200 lbs I find myself with highs and lows as far as my emotions go. I've become more confident in myself but a part of me still feels like that 300 lb girl . For example people will compliment me and I'm still working on excepting the accomplishment I've overcome. I still have more weight to lose to get to my goal weight. But for those who have lost weight how do you deal with this? I had a lost a lot of weight a few years and then got pregnant and gained a lot back and went through that emotional rollercoaster, now Im getting back down and losing weight and going through another set of emotions!!!
