So, I work nights at a hospital three nights a week and I am in school full time. And I was wondering when is the best time to eat? Anyone out there can help me out with this I would really appreciate it. I'm up so many hours I feel that I eat to much that's why I can to mps:)

You kind of answered your own question :): Whenever you can fit it into calories via tracking on MFP.

I work graveyard also, and am a mom. Just whenever it fits in your schedule, I eat right before I make my family dinner usually, and once or twice at work, the last one an hour or two before I get off, sometimes after I get off, depending on how busy I am

I think the most important thing is to log your food. Stay within the calories alotted for that day. I also work nights and am a mom. I homeschool my oldest, well my mom does most of it thankfully, and my daughter goes to public school but has type 1 diabetes. So im usually lucky to get 6 hours of sleep a day. I'm to tired to cook, plus all the cleanup because of it. I have gotten some real good ideas n here to help avoid drive thrus. I was once told every time i felt hungry to drink a glass of water, wait 20 minutes. If i still felt hungry to then eat. good luck!
