Hi all,
I've been a sporadic user for a few years but never really took the time to get into the app fully. I've recently done so and am getting great understanding of my diet in general!
A bit about myself, I'm 37 and have been obese since I was about 17 when I got knee injuries. Used that as an excuse to not exercise for far too long and in September 14 tooped out at 112.5 kg which for a 5'7" guy is way way too much.
Got convinced to try crossfit by a friend and despite being a little phased by it gave it my all and by March 2015 was 102kg. From there I got down to 98 and then hovered for a good while. The crossfit gym j was at became strongman and my cardio declined somewhat and I ended up 103 again at the start of this year.
Changed to a new crossfit box and I'm now 97.1 and so much stronger and fitter than I used to be.
Don't find eating healthy hard anymore and have a very balanced diet that allows me the odd treat here and there :-)
