Hello! I will be beginning this next week when my products come in. I am looking for others who are using this or have used it or are going to use it.

Cleanses are completely useless and have no benefits. They're a diet industry marketing scam.

I would try and get a refund if you can. You can read some more here on how to not fall for these scams and traps.


I also just want to point out that 21 days in the scheme of things... is absolutely NOTHING! I mean nothing! Once you realize that 1 year from now, 5 years from now, 10 years from now, etc. you'll be maintaining a healthy lifestyle is starts to occur to you that any of these short term fad-diets aren't doing you any favors.

I am not using this, have not used it and have no intention of using it. Now, someone may ask--why not? Because it's totally useless, in my opinion. I lose weight for free. Good luck.
