Getting a head start on my New Years Resolution

I stepped on the and saw a large number i didn't like, i looked in the mirror and saw a figure i didn't much care for either. It 's always saddening when my clothes don't fit as well as they did the week before. Well today my friends is they day i have decided that im not going to wait until New Years to make a resolution to start going to the gym or start some diet i am inevidably going to quit. Today is the day that i am going to take charge and begin my journey on living a healthy life style!!! It wont be easy and im sure it wont be fun at times, but no one ever said change was easy and im up for the challenge!
