One Year Apart_ 37 pounds_10 months on MFP

These were taken almost exactly one year apart. The picture on the right was taken 3 months before I started MFP.

SW: 223
CW: 186
GW: Not sure I want to keep my curves but still be healthy

My husband took the picture on the right on Saturday. When I look at that picture... that's not what I see in the mirror. I still see the girl on the left, so my brain has some catching up to do. (sorry for the blurry pictures, there aren't many full body shots of me at any size)

I fall sometimes but get right back up.. that's the most important thing for me.
When I start to get discouraged I remind myself..this isn't a sprint, it's a marathon, slow and steady will win this race!

Someone told me that when I first started and it stuck with me and really helps on the frustrating days.
