Need help with workout and nutrition suggestions for increasing mass while retaining speed

Hey guys I’m hoping you can help me out. My goal is to bulk up a little, not a lot but a noticeable amount while also retaining my speed and cardio endurance. I’m a basketball player so I find speed and endurance to be extremely important. I currently lift 3-4 times a week and play basketball twice a week. I tend to lift heavier and do about 6-10 reps depending on the exercise. 3 -4 sets per exercise and 3 exercises per muscle group per week. On lifting days I usually do 10-15 mins of cardio as a warmup before lifting. My question is how should I change up my workout to help increase mass but still retain endurance and speed? Also, what kind of nutrition plan should I be on to help reach these goals? Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys!
