Logging Resistance Band Exercises to MFP

I see it listed in the database but I'm clueless on how to get it log my activity. Little help here.

    go to exercise diary, then decide if you're logging as strength training or cardio (which would mean you're keeping your heart rate up throughout the exercise session). if you move from exercise to exercise, you could log it as circuit training. add the amount of time you worked out, then click the button that says "Add Exercise".
