WeGo Elite+ Activity and Sleep Tracker

Does anyone use the WeGo? I love it because it fits in my pocket and I have it synced to my phone. It tracks my steps, sleep, miles, and calories. I'm just not sure it is accurately tracking the calories. For instance, it says I have taken 3533 steps and burned 1612 calories. If I figure this into my caloric intake I would have to eat a LOT of calories per day. I find that hard to believe. Does anyone have a way to calculate calories to steps or do you think this is accurate? TIA for the help!
