Hi guys.. I'm trying the paleo diet and trying to stay under 60 grams of carbs a day. I am also a pescetarian so I only eat fishes and tofu. Has anyone else tried a diet like this?

Tofu isn't paleo though.

I eat under 20g of carbs a day (I'm Keto) - but a regular omnivore.2

And paleo doesn't require any particular carb limit.
That said, if OP wants to do paleo+tofu AND limit carbs below 60, cool with me.
I've not limited carbs so much, but with seafood it shouldn't be too tough beyond however tough it normally is (which depends on how you like to eat). (I've done paleo for a bit and vegetarian and pescetarian for stretches, but not at the same time, but I can imagine it not being that hard to do pescetarian/paleo, although without legumes or grains or dairy for added protein sources it would get expensive.)0 -
That sounds miserable to me.
I colleague of mine has Parkinson's and keeps it in check by eating a diet consisting of 80-90% fat, 10-20% protein and almost no carbs.2 -
I try and keep carbs below 30-40g on Keto. Been doing it for a couple of months now and seen some decent results and feeling pretty good.
Just need to broaden my recipes..
Good luck0 -
Low carb works for me keeping it under 50 grams for my body works ! Lord my pumpkin spice creamer in my coffee has 5 carbs, protein shake has 7 carbs and have another cup of coffee with cream.. means I am already at 17 carbs by 8 am!0

Hi, I've lost 70+ lbs in 8 months and I got rid of my high blood sugar/fat/presure, keto literally saved my life.
Just make sure to get enough sodium/potassium/water and eat your protein goal every day so your metabolism doesn't start to burn muscle mass as fuel.
you should check www.reddit.com/r/keto/ it's a great community that will help you with all your questions and problems

That's how I found out about Keto too! I'm no longer pre-diabetic now after a year of keto. A lot of fast food places let you lettuce wrap your burgers or will give you the contents of your sub in a bowl so that's been helpful too. Jimmy Johns unwiches are great.
OP - With Paleo you don't have to limit carbs. With a low carb diet you can have Tofu and fish though, and their range is generally > 20 and < 100 or so which gives you room for a little fruit and starches if you like.0
