Not sure if this is the right area to post this question: I can not seem to get "calories" burned when entering in my strength training exercises. It's difficult to think of how many minutes I was doing each. I know I burned calories because I was huffing and puffing and sweating. It was 2 supersets, 4 cycles each. And then a 2-3 tabata at the end. Can't seem to get accurate enough "calories burned" for the days I exercise to compare to my calories eaten
Thank you in advance!

You have to search for strength training under cardio exercises.0

Yes, find strength training under cardio exercises. If I weight lift for half an hour, I'll put in 15 minutes worth of strength training ... round down a bit to account for the breaks between exercises.0

Ahhh! That makes sense
Thank you so much Distinctly & Machka9
