Hi everyone 26f needs to loose 30 pounds

Hi everyone ! I'm a 26 year old female. 5'1 & 156 pounds although I don't look my weight I know that it's not healthy and would like to loose 30 pounds. I am not very active, although I would like to be my calories say 1230 to eat for the day. If anyone has tips and tricks on what works for them that would be helpful!

    For me, trying to avoid desserts is the best. I chew gum instead, which still has calories but less than regular desserts. My trick is to eat lightly during breakfast and dinner and heavier at lunch. I try to have meat once a day (lunch). Getting exercise first thing in the morning also helps. I workout very little and with light effort due to medical issues.

    Today's meal:1) Breakfast mixed greens 1 cup, 2 egg whites fried in cooking spray. 2 slices of 35 calorie whole wheat bread, 1/4 skim milk added to tea. Some splenda. Kraft 2% cheese slice (half).

    2) Lunch: 2.2 ounces of boiled chicken legs with spices and salt, 2 slices of 35 calorie bread, one cup of Prince Edwards frozen vegetable medley, 1.3 cups of cubed watermelon, 1/8 cup plain yogurt

    3) Dinner one oatmeal pouch prepared in skim milk (1/4 cup and rest water). One large peach and 1/2 cup cucumber.

    I usually switch breakfast and dinner items and try to get to bed early, otherwise I binge eat candy and chips at night. Try and use measuring cups and the food scale.

    Work out was tracking steps through my phone and 5 minutes each of the arc trainer (elliptical type machine), rowing machine, battle ropes, treadmill with no incline and stationary bike. One weight machine. All done with lightest of effort and low weights. Ten minutes of walking specially.
