Hiya everyone ,

I've just started out here . Some of my goals for this month are : cycle 300 km , lose 5 pounds , and stick to my sugar / dairy free lifestyle . I'm currently eating 1700 calories , and my marcos are 130ish grams for protein , 200ish grams for carbs , and around 60 ish for fats . I hope to try my hand at lifting too , and hopefully not crush it !

    Hi, I'm just getting started with running and cycling... I'm not brand new to fitness, but forever feeling too big to run and hoping to break through that finally! I thought the cycling would be a good alternate day workout. I'm needing to lose 40+ lbs. I've maintained a 50/60 lb weight loss for about 5 years now, but haven't been able to get more off and keep it off. Anyway, I know our goals aren't 100% the same, but looking for people at all places in their progress so that I don't get held back :) . I ate about 1475 cals yesterday... and my pr/carb/fats are pretty close to you. And that's a definitely on the strength training!!

    @runnerkasha and @sctg75, come join us here. We have a monthly cycling challenge where any type of cycling is allowed. Cyclists of all levels are welcome.
