Hi Folks! I have been a long time member of Sparkpeople.com and I am hoping for an easy "switch" to myfitnesspal. I have around 105 pounds to lose in no set time. I just want to feel and get healthy. My definition of "healthy" is to be exercising most days for 30+minutes each day. I also would be psyched if I could cut sugar and sweets out of my choices of food. Hoping to make better choices. Leaning towards fresh, frozen and canned fruits and veggies.
