Here we go again.....

Been here before off and on, going on two years.....this time my mind set of is where it should be. I've been somewhat good, but got way off track last November when my daughter announced she was getting married(Devoted all my time to the wedding) so now it's all about me and what I need to live a better and healthier life.
I need help and motivation cuz I'm looking to lose about 100lbs.
