Yoga Meltdown...How To Log It??

Hi, I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred and also want to start doing the Yoga Meltdown but I'm really not sure how to log it in exercise. I always preview a video before I do it and I know that it's not like traditional yoga. So what do I put it under? Btw, I don't have a heart rate monitor to help me out with this.

    Where do you find the yoga meltdown? I love the yoga I am able to do and have managed to have most of t manipulated so this crip can do it.
  • I picked up Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown at Best Buy, but I'm sure you can get it just about anywhere.

    First of all a good heart rate monitor makes a huge difference and it is a good investment in health and fitness. For now you could log it as yoga and put in the time you workout. You are going to have to just use your experiences with how much you burn doing other things and get a feel for how intense the workout was and add or subtract what MFP gives you.
