What is the 30 day shred ??

I keep seeing the 30 day shred ? I get the gist but does it work? im thinking on my off days from the gym to do this ? Is there like a list of everything to do for each day without the video ??

It's just a work out video by Jillian Michaels. I don't think it's a special "thing." She into mixing cardio with exercises that work under the premise that it's more efficient. Like 30 seconds of jumping jacks followed by 30 seconds of crunches.
I'm sure someone out there on the interweb has posted a list!0
